Douglas C. Reber, CO.LO
Director, Education and National Residency Program
Mr. Reber received his undergraduate degree from Ocean County College and his Post Graduate Certificate in Orthotics from Northwestern University. He received his Certification in Orthotics form the American Board of Certification in 1991.
Mr. Reber has held staff Orthotists positions with multiple Orthotics providers, including Hanger Clinic, and served as a clinic manager for years.
In 2012, he became Associate Director of Education, leading programs such as Mock Exams, Orthotic Fitters Education, and Hanger Clinic's online education portal e-Versity, while also serving as one of Hanger Clinic's National Orthotics Specialists, focusing on Cranial Remolding Orthotics and overseeing Cranial Remolding education.
In 2016, Mr. Reber took over the role of Director of Education and, in 2017, was named the Director of the National Residency Program.
Mr. Reber has held numerous board and committee leadership positions, including frequent membership in the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (AAOP), and has previously served as president of New Jersey Chapter of AAOP.
Mr. Reber resides in New Jersey and enjoys days at the beach with his family and golfing.

Admin Assistant and National Resident Liaison
Ms. Krusiewicz received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Political Science from Central Connecticut State University. She began working for Hanger Clinic as an Academic Assistant with The Newington Certificate Program in Orthotics & Prosthetics. In 2014, she transitioned to the Hanger Clinical Services Department as an Administrative Assistant working primarily with the Education Department as the site administrator for eVersity, administrative support for several educational courses such as the Mock Exams, ComfortFlex Socket Course, Insignia Hanger Cranial Band Training Course, and the Orthotic Fitter's Course.
Colleen is Hanger's National Resident Liaison, focused on the administration of Hanger's National Residency Program and is the resident liaison to the National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education (NCOPE).
