Jennifer Szumigala is a clinical assistant at Hanger Clinic in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Following her studies, Jennifer started at Hanger Clinic as a patient care coordinator. Here is where she discovered her passion to serve patients, especially pediatric patients. Jennifer’s interest in caring for pediatric patients started over 10 years ago when her mom owned a daycare center and she was introduced to how special pediatrics are.

Jennifer has an extensive history with Hanger Clinic that began at a young age when she was seen at Hanger due to her diagnosis of Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. Hanger made Jennifer a custom knee brace, and she has thrived ever since. Jennifer is determined to broaden her knowledge in the orthotic and prosthetic field with the help of her physical therapy knowledge. Each day she looks forward to serving and caring for every pediatric patient that walks through the doors.
