Clinical Education Specialist

Matt is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist and a Connecticut-licensed physical therapist who serves as a Clinical Education Specialist within Clinical and Scientific Affairs. He possesses a unique knowledge of the fields of Physical Therapy and Prosthetics and Orthotics.

Matt has been the primary instructor for 17 post-graduate courses, and the secondary instructor for 3 additional courses over the past 20 years. He is also the Director of the Masters of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics program at the University of Hartford. He has also provided lectures on Prosthetic Rehabilitation to multiple Doctorate of Physical Therapy programs, professional organizations, and independent Physical Therapy groups. He was awarded the Outstanding Educator Award by the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists in 2019.
