Katie is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist and Clinic Manager for Hanger Clinic’s Mechanicville and Albany locations in Upstate New York.

Katie specializes in pediatric care, including the treatment of children requiring lower extremity and spinal orthoses, as well as cranial remolding for infants with plagiocephaly, torticollis, craniosynostosis, and other conditions that impact head shape.

Over her career, Katie has fit hundreds of babies with customized, corrective helmets and is an expert in the latest measurement and fitting techniques, including 3D scanning. She is passionate about collecting data to help parents understand their unique child’s expected outcome and treatment timeline, and works closely with Hanger Clinic’s Department of Clinical and Scientific Affairs to contribute to research that is elevating the field of cranial remolding therapy to better serve patients.

In her spare time, Katie is an aspiring 46er and avid hiker in Upstate New York. She also enjoys taking care of her own little one, who was born in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
