Richard is an ABC-certified prosthetist at Hanger Clinic in Stockton, California.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the field, Richard designs prosthetic limbs based on the individual needs of each person he serves. He strives for continued excellence, closely monitoring his patients’ comfort and functionality, with the goal of delivering optimal outcomes. His experience is in the field is vast – spanning from patient care to management to surgeon correspondence, and training as a technician.
Richard graduated with a bachelor’s degree from The University of Utah and completed the orthotics and prosthetics program at California State University Dominguez Hills. His knowledge about and experience with amputees began early in life as he watched his father function with one leg shorter than the other. This drew Richard into the field where he could compassionately serve a community of people with similar challenges.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.
