Lisa Lodyga-Uhl is the Director of Talent Management, Inclusion, and Engagement at Hanger, Inc. Prior to joining Hanger, Lisa served as a Diversity Strategist for Dell, Inc., Learning Consultant at the Coca-Cola Company, and Instructional Designer at United Parcel Service. She is experienced in developing HR strategies to foster an employer-of-choice brand through programs that attract, develop, and retain talent. She is motivated by developing and implementing diversity and inclusion programs and building relationships to drive change.

Lisa holds a Master’s in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN, and a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University, W. Lafayette, IN.
