National Residency Program
Join one of the largest and most comprehensive residency programs in the country with 150 training sites accredited by the National Commission on Orthotics and Prosthetics Education (NCOPE) and over 300 mentors ready to help you achieve your goal of becoming a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist!

Program Options
18-Month Combined O&P Residency
Our 18-month combined residency program provides simultaneous orthotics and prosthetics training, allowing you to work toward dual certification as a CPO in an integrated, efficient pathway. You'll train at one of our 150 NCOPE-accredited sites alongside experienced mentors who are invested in your clinical growth.
Integrated Residency
We proudly support O&P master's programs that offer an integrated residency as part of the degree. We are currently partnering with Baylor College of Medicine and Drexel University to coordinate residency rotations with Hanger Clinic. For students enrolled in these programs, we work directly with your program director to find the best possible match for your rotation.

How Matching Works
We know that where you train matters. If selected for an interview, we work to match residents to their professional interests and preferred geographical locations because the right fit benefits both you and your patients.
