Angela is an ABC-certified prosthetist-orthotist and clinic manager for Hanger Clinic in Skokie, Illinois.
As a clinician with more than 17 years of experience in the field, Angela provides prosthetic and orthotic care to children with a wide range of diagnoses and needs. She focuses on pediatric lower extremity orthotics, cranial remolding orthoses, the management of scoliosis (infantile, juvenile, and adolescent), cerebral palsy, developmental delay, and down syndrome.
Angela is passionate about helping her patients to enhance their quality of life, improve deformities, and help relieve pain. She believes there is something very special about being able to reshape a child’s head, and finds it incredibly rewarding to support a child’s ability to take their first steps, or help an amputee learn to walk again.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys staying active and spending time with her two pups. She attends Adaptive Adventures events whenever possible, and has traveled to Guatemala multiple times to do humanitarian work in prosthetics and orthotics with Range of Motion Project (ROMP) Global.
