How do I schedule an appointment?

Find your local clinic and reach out to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment directly or, if you prefer to request an appointment online, complete this form

I live outside of the United States. How can I schedule an appointment with Hanger Clinic?

We do not currently have any clinics located outside of the United States and are unable to provide any products or services without an in-person evaluation at one of our clinics because we custom fit each patient with orthotic and prosthetic devices. We treat each patient in person to achieve optimal results and to meet medical requirements.

If you are planning a trip to the United States and would like to schedule an appointment/evaluation at a Hanger Clinic location, here is the process:

  1. Find a location that will be convenient for you to visit, whether that’s one near a major airport, or near family/friends.
  2. Email [email protected] with your information as well as the clinic location you have chosen. They will then work with that location to get an appointment scheduled for you.
  3. Once you have had your evaluation, your clinician will be able to advise which prosthetic or orthotic options are best for you based on your specific circumstances and needs, and will be able to discuss the financial aspects of your care.

Please note: Hanger Clinic is not responsible for travel costs, transportation to and from the Hanger Clinic or cost of your treatment. In addition, Hanger Clinic cannot send letters to the Embassy, assist with patient Visa, or offer sponsorship.

What can I expect for my first appointment with Hanger Clinic?

Learn more about what to expect on our new patient information page, which provides details regarding the items to bring to your first appointment and what the process will be like for both orthotic and prosthetic patients.

How do I cancel my appointment?

Please reach out to your clinic directly for assistance with cancelling your appointment.

Can I walk-in to a clinic without scheduling an appointment?

The ability to accept a walk-in patient varies by location and schedule. Contact your local Hanger Clinic directly to confirm before attempting to walk-in without an appointment.
