Robin is a specialist in the field of pedorthics and sports medicine for Hanger Clinic in Schaumberg, Illinois and the University of Illinois at Chicago Sports Medicine of Human Performance Center. She has over 20 years’ experience in broad-based musculoskeletal injuries with a focus on injury prevention and biomechanical rehabilitation for performing artists, athletes, and endurance runners. Robin also specializes in treating children active in sports.
Robin is an ABC-certified and Illinois-licensed pedorthist, ABC-certified fitter in orthotics, certified fitter for the Jobst Gradient System including Elvarex lymphedema garments, and a registered fitter in breast prostheses. Robin is an active member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (AAOP) and the AAOP Midwest Chapter, and she is on the American Board Certified Pedorthic Examination Committee.
Robin received her pedorthic training from Northwestern University and University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completes continuing education courses throughout the year to stay current in her practice.
Outside of work, Robin enjoys and competes in running and biking.
