Allison is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Overland Park, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri.
Allison is a pediatric orthotist specializing in idiopathic and neurological scoliosis, cranial remolding orthoses, as well as lower extremity orthotic devices for patients with a wide variety of diagnoses including cerebral palsy and spina bifida. She is works closely with families to meet their needs and solve their unique problems
Allison is passionate about the field of orthotics and prosthetics because of the impact she has on people’s lives. The technology has the ability to increase mobility, independence, prevent surgery, and reduce pain. She is constantly learning and adapting to solve unique problems, and enjoys using biomechanics and her knowledge of anatomy and physiology to build devices that can improve lives.
Outside of work, Allison likes to be outdoors, travel, and spend time with her family, friends, and cats.
