Danielle Palmer is a Patient Care Coordinator II for Hanger Clinic in Springfield, Missouri. 

As a PCC with over 19 years of experience in the medical field, Danielle has dedicated her career to patient care. Before joining Hanger, she worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician for 15 years. Now at Hanger Clinic, Danielle has found a home in orthotic care, where she thrives on seeing the positive outcomes of each patient. She loves engaging with her community and celebrating the journey of each patient, especially children, whose joy and resilience make every day brighter.

Danielle looks forward to growing with Hanger, hoping to deepen her understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of patient care. Her goal is to bring a balance between these aspects to improve each patient’s experience.
