Jerald Cunningham is an ABC-certified Prosthetist/Orthotist and Clinic Lead for Hanger Clinic in Saco, Maine.
As a clinician with 25 years of experience, Jerald specializes in research and development, having invented a clubfoot bracing treatment now used around the world. He brings an extensive background in engineering and computer-aided design to his work, along with a foundation in graphics, sculpture, and pottery, and is constantly developing new, patient-inspired solutions.
Jerald completed his undergraduate work at Cornell University, graduating cum laude with a degree in Physics and Cognitive Studies. He brings together an unusually diverse background, physics, engineering, design, and craft, to help make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
Jerald has also served as a guest lecturer for the University of New England’s PhD Physical Therapy program.
Outside of work, Jerald enjoys spending time with his wife, Collee. The two of them live in Gorham, Maine with their three cats, six chickens, and a dog named Rupert, who occasionally joins Jerald at the office.
