Leigh is an ABC certified and licensed prosthetist/orthotist. Originally from Maryland, she obtained her B.S. in Kinesiology from University of Maryland before studying prosthetics at Northwestern University and orthotics at University of Hartford.
She returned to her home state and completed her residency with Hanger Clinic where she served rotations in Baltimore City, Annapolis, and Washington D.C. It was during this time Leigh was fortunate enough to assist in research projects with Johns Hopkins University that focused on neural integration for upper limb prosthetics. She also worked in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before moving to Texas in 2018.
Leigh works to combine new technologies with traditional practices to provide better devices that help her patients get back to enjoying the activities they love to do.
