Connie is a Texas-licensed, ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas.
Connie enjoys working with patients of varying ages – from the pediatric to the geriatric population. She has experience with adult and pediatric lower and upper extremity orthotics as well as lower extremity prosthetics with advanced technology, including microprocessor knees. She also has a strong foundation in pediatric orthotics, including cranial remolding orthoses (CROs).
Connie is always willing to work on finding the best solution for each individual patient. She loves the hands-on aspect of her job and being able to see the orthosis or prosthesis allow someone to gain independence. She also loves working with CRO patients and finds the visual outcome of correction very rewarding. In addition to working with the patients, she takes pride in helping parents navigate the process by providing them with the knowledge and information they need to feel comfortable and confident throughout their journey.
Outside the clinic, Connie enjoys spending time with family and friends, home improvement projects, trying new recipes, and is an avid volunteer at the animal shelter on weekends.
