Anne is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Massachusetts with more than 10 years of experience. She loves working in orthotics and prosthetics because it combines many of her interests: working with and helping people, anatomy and physiology, design, fabrication, and collaboration.
With a background in occupational therapy, Anne has spent the past several years focusing on the care and needs of patients with upper extremity amputations. She works to coordinate all aspects of the prosthetic care pathway including communication with the medical team, patient education, advocacy for insurance coverage, prosthetic fitting, and collaboration with local occupational therapists to initiate prosthetic training. She has been highly trained and has extensive experience in all technology. She is passionate about working with this population and enjoys seeing the functional gains and positive outcomes her patients achieve through their rehabilitative journeys.
Anne also provides general orthotic care, functional electrical stimulation devices, upper extremity prosthetics, and pediatric prosthetics and orthotics, including cranial remolding orthoses. She loves working with cranial remolding infants and their families and being able to watch the babies grow and develop over the course of their treatment. As a mother of two, she knows how important it is to feel like you can connect with your provider, and she focuses on cultivating that connection.
