We have strong relationships with many local hospitals, including Mease Countryside, Mease Dunedin, and Morton Plant Hospital. We serve many patients while recovering post-operatively in rehabilitation centers and work collaboratively with many physical and occupational therapists at local therapy centers for our patients’ continuity of care. Our clinic is located on the 4th floor of the Medical Arts Building of Mease Countryside Hospital, at the corner of Mease Drive and McMullen-Booth Road. Call our office to schedule a free evaluation.
