Hanger Clinic is proud to be the leader of O&P care in Des Moines and surrounding areas! A 2022 merger with American Prosthetics and Orthotics combined two exceptional teams into one. The Clive Hanger Clinic is located at the intersection of 142nd St. and University Avenue, conveniently placed along the borders of Clive, West Des Moines, and Waukee.
The Clive team’s high quality orthotic solutions include AFOs, KAFOs, and Spinal orthoses. The orthotic clinicians at the Clive office have each provided outstanding care for over 25 years. Within the Clive Hanger Clinic, is the area’s only Prosthetic Specialty Team, with two clinicians who practice prosthetics exclusively and have over 40 years of experience between them. Their expertise is with all types and levels of prostheses, including bilaterals, short TF, hip disarticulation, hemi-pelvectomy, upper limb, pediatrics, MPK, Syme, posterior mount K3, and K4 feet, challenging cases, and unique shapes.
