As a Community Care Coordinator for Hanger Clinic, Daniel is proud to be an essential member of patients’ collaborative care circle following the life changing experience of limb loss.
Daniel is an active below knee amputee that lost his limb in a motorcycle accident in 2010. His firsthand experience allows him to speak openly about the recovery process while providing post-operative amputation education to patients and their loved ones.
Daniel serves as a single point of contact for the patients he assists, providing access to resources and programs related to daily living to ensure the best possible outcome, plus attending follow-up appointments to help facilitate clear communication between the patients care team.
