Allison is a Texas-licensed, ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Austin. She specializes in upper limb and lower limb prosthetics, and supports the greater Central Texas area as regional upper limb specialist, assisting clinicians and patients with a team approach to care that generates exceptional outcomes. As an above the knee amputee herself, Allison understands that engaging with therapist and physician teams is imperative to assist patients to reach their goals.

Allison received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston, then continued her prosthetic education at California State University, Dominguez Hills and her orthotic education at University of Hartford, before joining the Hanger Clinic team in 2006.

Allison regularly lectures for local universities, provides continuing education courses for medical professionals, and supports local amputees by participating in amputee support groups. As Area Clinic Manager for Greater Austin, she works with clinics to focus on utilizing advancements in technology to improve patient outcomes.
