Allison is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Grand Junction, Colorado.
As a clinician with more than 7 years of experience in the field, Allison specializes in pediatric and adult prosthetic and orthotic care. Her pediatric specialization includes cranial remolding orthoses, custom ankle foot orthoses (AFOs) for neuromuscular conditions, foot orthotics, as well as spinal and any other pediatric bracing solutions. For adults, she specializes in AFOs for all disorders, specialty AFO bracing, and bracing for knees and spine.
Allison is passionate about helping patients of all ages enhance their lives and achieve their highest abilities. She finds working with her pediatric patients especially rewarding, feeling a deep sense of purpose as she envisions their positive outcomes. Allison loves laughing and playing with children during their appointments to help make their visits less stressful.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her children, a son and a daughter who are 18 months apart. She loves bringing them to kid activities around Grand Junction and exploring the outdoors on their four-wheeler. Although she and her husband enjoy traveling, they also embrace being home with their kids, four dogs, and various farm animals.
