Amelia is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in both Wichita and Hutchinson, Kansas.

As a clinician, Amelia sees patients for orthotic and prosthetic needs at all stages of life. She started working for Hanger Clinic in 2022, where she completed her residency in Kansas City, becoming Chief Resident her second year, and moving to Wichita in 2024.

Amelia has been interested in prosthetics and orthotics since childhood, when she wanted to pursue a career where she can help people, use her technical skills, and constantly be challenged. She is passionate about connecting with her patients, and working together to provide a prosthesis or orthosis that not only works well, but that the patient enjoys using. Amelia is constantly learning new techniques and evidence-based practices to further help her patients.

Outside of work, Amelia enjoys spending time reading, volunteering, traveling to national parks, and is always taking recommendations for new restaurants and hiking trails to visit.
