Amy Todd holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University, and she has been practicing as an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist for over 10 years. Amy enjoys working in several areas, but is primarily focused on the specialty services of hand therapy in prosthetic rehab. Amy’s extensive training and experience allows her to treat any dysfunction of the arm, from shoulder to fingertips, with advanced knowledge in amputee rehabilitation and prosthetics training, as well as workers’ compensation and return to work. Clinical education is very important to Amy; she is an adjunct instructor at Brenau University and is a fieldwork instructor for students opting to do rotations in Merida, Mexico. Amy presents at the local, national and international levels on hand therapy, including speaking in Mexico, Thailand, and at universities and national occupational therapy conferences.
