Ashley Beffa is a clinical resident for Hanger Clinic in Kansas City, Kansas.
As a clinical resident, Ashley’s passion for the field of prosthetics and orthotics is personal as she was a patient at Hanger Clinic for eight years to manage her scoliosis, an experience that inspired her to pursue a career helping others. This firsthand understanding of patient care drives her commitment to excellence and empathy. Ashley continues to combine education, technical skill, and compassionate care to make a meaningful impact in the lives of her patients.
Ashley and her research partner were awarded first place in the 2025 AAOP Academy Abstract Awards for her research on ‘The Impact of Ruck Sack Load on Foot Pronation During Military Road Marches,’ which she presented at the 2025 Academy meeting.
