Bruce is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Paramus, New Jersey.
As a clinician with more than 14 years of experience in the field, Bruce sees patients of all ages with a focus in pediatrics. He works with patients with many different life challenges including cerebral palsy (CP), autism, Downs syndrome, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), osteogenesis imperfecta, tibia and fibula hemimelia, club foot, Prader-Willi syndrome, trisomy 13/14, spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), drop foot , lower extremity and global weaknesses, Blounts disease, hip dysplasia and more.
He specializes in a variety of technology including traditional casting techniques, scanning technology, functional electrical stimulation (FES) using the WalkAide® System, Boston and Providence scoliosis bracing, lumbar-sacral orthoses (LSOs), hip-knee-ankle-foot orthoses (HKAFOs), knee-ankle-foot orthoses (KAFOS,) ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs), foot orthoses (FOs), knee orthoses, and hip orthoses.
Bruce likes to help make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. He enjoys developing relationships with them and seeing patients grow. He finds joy in seeing how the work he does helps improve their quality of life and mobility.
