As a Community Care Coordinator with more then 5 years of experience in the field, Carol works with patients of all ages. She is passionate about O&P care because she sees opportunities to restore independence, dignity, and confidence. Every patient’s journey is unique, and Carol is driven by the chance to combine medical knowledge, creativity and compassion to help them regain mobility and reclaim the parts of life that matter most.
For Carol, it’s not just about getting the device, it’s about building hope, empowering resilience, and celebrating each milestone along the way. Some of her past work experience includes fabrication and collaboration with clinical teams.
Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending quality time with family, especially cheering on her kids in their sports and celebrating their achievements. She loves planning and taking vacations that create lasting memories, whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a big family adventure. Carol also values time with friends, sharing good conversations, laughter, and experiences that keep like balanced and full.
