Casey is an ABC-certified orthotist and prosthetic resident for Hanger Clinic in East Syracuse, New York.
Casey is skilled in the orthotic management of pectus carinatum, scoliosis and other spinal conditions, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, clubfoot, arthrogryposis, cerebral vascular accident (CVA), hip dysplasia, and developmental disorders and delays. She works with a variety of orthotic technology including pediatric orthoses, scoliosis treatment, pectus carinatum treatment, adult orthoses, and spinal bracing. She works with prosthetic technology including below-the-knee prosthetics, partial foot prosthetics, above-the-knee prosthetics, and microprocessor lower extremity prosthetics.
Casey is energized by the creative challenges in the orthotics field and the unique needs of each individual patient. She finds it incredibly rewarding to see patients’ quality of life improve during the course of their treatment, and especially enjoys helping pediatric patient reach their goals with the partnership of their family and team of clinicians.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys kayaking and exploring all the outdoor offerings available in New York’s Finger Lakes Region.
