Danica is a Texas-licensed, ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist and Area Clinic Manager for Hanger Clinic in Dallas, Texas.
As area clinic manager, Danica has dedicated her career to improving the lives of her patients and empowering her colleagues to pursue their passions. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, but pediatric kiddos have a special place in her heart. She finds her work incredibly rewarding because it gives her the ability to improve every patient’s function, independence, confidence, and abilities. Each patient is unique in their presentation and goals, and each will require something different from her, but her goal is always the same: to improve the quality of their lives.
Danica specializes in infant cranial asymmetry and loves working with cranial remolding orthoses (CRO) patients. She cherishes being able to create lasting relationships with the patients and their families while making qualitative and quantitative improvements for each child’s unique case. She also has expertise in the area of scoliosis management. In conjunction with Children’s Health Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, she attends a scoliosis clinic where she cares for children from the tri-state area.
In her free time, Danica participates with a local greyhound adoption group as an adoption coordinator. She also plays on a highly competitive all-female flag football team.
