Dwiesha is a Research Associate within Clinical & Scientific Affairs. She began her career as a chemist, where she gained extensive research experience and published peer-reviewed publications in cell culturing and DNA and RNA purification. She found her passion in O&P, and transitioned to engineering in the O&P field, where she has subsequently gained advanced computational expertise with statistical software such as ASPEN plus, R, Python, and Postgres SQL. Dwiesha used this expertise to assess clinical outcomes data, which has translated into multiple peer-reviewed publications.
Dwiesha serves as coordinator on many research projects in addition to assisting with oversight of clinical outcomes collection across Hanger Clinic.
