Elaine is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Staten Island, New York. 

As a clinician with more than 42 years of experience in the field, Elaine specializes in patients of all ages and has expertise in working with children with special needs. 

She is inspired by her pediatric patients and the smiles they exhibit when they accomplish a task they previously could not complete. She finds it rewarding to work in the field of orthotics and prosthetics, which combines her love of working with her hands, art, and people. She especially enjoys having the ability to improve the quality of someone’s life through mobility or increased stabilization, which encourages her to work to her highest standard.
