Emily is an ABC-certified prosthetist and orthotic fitter for Hanger Clinic in Greenville. She chose to pursue a career in O&P because it gives her the opportunity to improve her patients’ quality of life, with compassion. She has a decade of experience, and loves that the field is constantly evolving as more research is done and technology continues to advance, from scanning technology to the microprocessors in devices that ultimately improve the product and service she provides to each patient.
Emily specializes in lower extremity prosthetics and cranial remolding orthoses. When providing cranial remolding orthoses for plagiocephaly, she enjoys meeting with families and educating them about plagiocephaly and treatment. As a mom herself, she can relate to the level of concern that they have for their child and wanting to do what is best for their child.
Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad, and her two children Hayden and Cameron. She also enjoys cycling.
