Jacob “Jake” Hoffman is a licensed, ABC-certified prosthetist and orthotist for Hanger Clinic in South Florida, with a focus on pediatric care. He is a point of reference for complicated pathologies and treatments related to cranial remolding orthoses, scoliosis bracing, and bracing for CP, Spina Bifida, Muscular Dystrophy, Club Foot, and other traumatic injuries and diagnosis.

He graduated from Northwestern University Prosthetic and Orthotic Center in Chicago and completed his residency with Boston Orthotics and Prosthetics in New Jersey. Jake has a strong interest in patient education and collaborating with other professionals to strengthen evidence-based practice.

Outside of the clinic, Jake is an avid scuba diver, outdoor enthusiast, athlete, and ping pong player extraordinaire.
