Jeffrey Keener is an ABC-certified and licensed prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. 

As a clinician who has been with Hanger Clinic since 2013, Jeff specializes in lower extremity prosthetics and orthotics. He works with a wide range of patient populations, from infants to the elderly population, and is focused on optimal patient outcomes by utilizing new technologies. Jeff completed his orthotics residency at Shriners Hospital for Children, in Tampa, Florida, and prosthetics residency at Advance Prosthetics & Orthotics, in Jacksonville, Florida.
