Jennifer is an ABC-certified orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Newport News, Virginia.
As a clinician with more than 15 years of experience in the field, Jennifer serves patients of all ages, from toddlers who need cranial remolding orthoses (CROs) to adults who need assistance with their ambulatory skills. Her practice works with children with special needs, including those with autism spectrum disorder and sensory processing disorder, as well as children with neuromuscular diseases such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and down syndrome. Jennifer is skilled in the orthotic management of scoliosis, pectus carinatum, and other spinal conditions. She also treats adult patients who suffer from stroke, multiple sclerosis, orthopedic traumas, and other gait abnormalities.
Jennifer is passionate about custom bracing solutions. She enjoys using her hands to fabricate devices specific to each unique need. Her goal and reward is providing solutions that improve her patients’ gait patterns and quality of life.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two boys.
