Jennifer Woffinden is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger clinic in Portland, Oregon.
As a clinician, Jen serves a wide variety of prosthetic and orthotic patients from the ages of “new” to “wise” and everything in be-“teen”. She has experience with cranial remolding; scoliosis; upper and lower extremity custom orthotics as well as lower extremity prosthetics.
Jen lived several career lives prior to becoming a CPO. She is a tinkerer and maker at heart and ran a creative business selling handcrafted artisan goods for over a decade. She also has broad experience in the service industry. She loves wrapping her mind around puzzles, finding creative solutions to complex problems. The paths of these careers “past lives” led Jen to the University of Washington where she earned her Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics. Now she enjoys the satisfaction that comes from weaving her passions together to make a positive impact on the patients with whom she forms lasting relationships.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys playing a board game, riding a board of some kind, and laser cutting; most likely finishing a board.
