Kasten is a clinical resident in prosthetics/orthotics for Hanger Clinic in West Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
As a resident, Kasten is continuing to strengthen her knowledge and skills from school as she practices among certified clinicians. She has a strong interest in pediatric prosthetics and orthotics. She thoroughly enjoys working with patients and their families and is passionate about enabling patients to increase their independence. Kasten loves that the field allows her to be hands on with fabrication, in addition to helping patients reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Kasten enjoys volunteering at adaptive water-ski clinics around the Midwest, as well as waterskiing herself. She also loves to spend time with her friends and family while staying active outside.
