Laurentine Ramsey is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Lakeland, Florida.

As a clinician, Laurentine specializes in providing orthotic and prosthetic care for pediatric, spinal, and lower limb conditions. When she was younger, she enjoyed putting things together, working with her hands, and helping people through rehabilitation. Laurentine loves that her job involves connecting with her patients in unique ways and making sure that their goals are her goals. She strives daily to get to know her patient’s background and build community, so she can formulate the best plan, providing a lasting impact.

Laurentine’s passion for the field led her to become an ABC Prosthetics Orthotics and Pedorthics (POP) Ambassador. Using this platform, she can show others that having a career in O&P is having a career with endless possibilities. Some of her favorite opportunities are getting to speak with high school and elementary students about another career path that they might not have known existed.

Outside of work, Laurentine enjoys spending time with her family and eating a good meal.  Laurentine is a Jersey Girl at heart but is enjoying the Sunshine State.
