Nick is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Gastonia, North Carolina and Rock Hill, South Carolina.
As a clinician, Nick is experienced in diverse patient care areas including lower extremity prosthetics, upper extremity prosthetics, pediatric prosthetics, and both adult and pediatric orthotic bracing. His favorite part of the field is seeing his patient’s improve their quality of life through the devices he can help provide to them.
Nick has always been interested in the health field as well as figuring out how things work and how to fix them. During his time at Stonehill College in Massachusetts, he was debating between the physical therapy or engineering fields. It was at that time he did in internship with Hanger Clinic in Easton, Massachusetts in 2010. He loved the creative solutions he could design to help patients become more active and help them in accomplishing their goals and everyday tasks.
After graduating, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to do both his orthotic and prosthetic residencies with Hanger Clinic. Loving the people and the area, he stayed on to work as a clinician in the surrounding areas.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys being active. Whether he is making it to a CrossFit workout, going for a run, hitting up a golf/disc golf course, or heading to a mountain to hike, he likes to keep moving. It is his goal to keep his patients moving as well.
