Carl is a Pennsylvania-licensed, ABC-certified orthotist for Hanger Clinic. Carl began his career at the Elizabethtown Children’s Hospital and later at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, specializing in scoliosis and lower extremity orthotics. Carl joined Hanger Clinic in 1999 as a staff orthotist, providing all types of custom orthotics.
