Research Assistant

Patsy is a Research Assistant within Clinical and Scientific Affairs. She began her career in the field of nutrition where she gained research experience related to the diagnosis and treatment of muscle wasting disorders in cancer patients. Patsy’s research interests include Interventions to Address Food Insecurity in Food Deserts and Rural, and Factors and Mechanisms Leading to Differences in Health Outcomes in Minorities.

In her current role, Patsy works closely with clinicians and research scientist to assist with collecting data from research patients, maintaining databases, and analyzing data utilized by multiple teams for the development of Clinical Practice Guidelines.
