Peter is an ABC-certified orthotist. He specializes in custom orthoses for the upper and lower extremities as well as the spine.

Originally from Alexandria, VA, Peter graduated from Northern Virginia College with an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy with a focus on orthopedic out-patient rehabilitation which included casting and splinting for fractures, joint replacements, and post lower extremity amputation rehab and prosthetic training. He now resides and practices fulltime on the island of St. Croix with his wife, Kristy, after helping establish Hanger Clinic’s first full time ABC-certified facility in the U.S. Virgin Islands in 2022. Peter is also licensed to practice in Florida.

Peter enjoys learning and acquiring new skills through continuing education in the latest bionic orthotics and prosthetics as well as any other new technology in these fields. Peter is a multi-instrumentalist and was a professional musician prior to healthcare. He played with an Eric Clapton Tribute Band prior to leaving Florida. Currently, he likes sitting in with local bands and restoring his Sugarmill home built in 1750.
