Shevy is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist and Area Clinic Manager for Hanger Clinic.
Shevy graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2010. She completed her residencies with an emphasis in pediatrics at Dynamic Orthotics & Prosthetics in Houston, TX. Here she served on multidisciplinary teams at Texas Children’s Hospital and Shriners Hospital to provide care to children with plagiocephaly, spina bifida, and limb differences. She moved to Kitsap County in 2015 where she provides care to adults and children alike, and serves as Residency Director for aspiring new clinicians. She spends much of her free time exploring the Pacific Northwest by foot, boat, and ski. Shevy currently sits on the Finance Committee for the American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association and serves as a board examiner for the American Board for Certification.
Outside of work, Shevy spends much of her free time exploring the Pacific Northwest by foot, boat, and ski.
