Tom is an ABC-certified orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Baton Rouge and Plaquemine, Loiusiana.
As a clinician with more than 16 years of experience in the field, Tom works with patients of all ages. He is skilled in the orthotic management of neuro and orthopedics, cranial remolding orthoses for plagiocephaly and craniosynostosis, post-polio orthotic management, post-trauma orthotic management with reciprocating gait orthoses (RGOs) and knee-ankle-foot orthoses (KAFOs), WalkAide® functional electrical stimulation system, spinal orthotics, scoliosis treatment (Boston Brace, Providence, Charleston Bending), kyphosis treatment, neuromuscular orthotic management for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), multiple sclerosis (MS), Cerebral palsy (CP), and muscular dystrophy (MD), and post-CVA management.
He is passionate about listening, acknowledging, and responding to his patients’ needs. He especially enjoys working with children and ensuring they have the best quality of life possible. He is inspired by the trust and confidence that his patients and referral sources bestow in him.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys keeping up with the latest technologies.
