Tiffany is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Orange County, California. She has more than two decades of experience in O&P and more than 10 years of experience specializing in cranial care. Tiffany enjoys seeing results of hard work and the O&P field provides great tangible reward, like watching a person stand or walk for the first time in a while (on a prosthesis, using an AFO, or with another solution) or providing a means to pain relief.
Tiffany has successfully treated more than 1,600 babies with positional skull deformities and hundreds of babies who underwent surgery for craniosynostosis. She regularly consults in the neurosurgical plagiocephaly clinic at Children’s Hospital Orange County (CHOC), and has contributed to the development of several teaching modules used to teach new orthotists the basics of cranial remolding. She also played an integral role in the development and implementation of clinical standards of care for the treatment of babies with deformational plagiocephaly at a national level. She particularly enjoys providing cranial remolding orthoses because they are a short term treatment for a long term solution.
Tiffany is a past president of the Craniofacial Society, a predominantly research-based group, and was invited to be a member of a clinical advisory board which aimed to provide excellence in cranial care on a large scale.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys yoga, running, and outdoor activities with her family and two sons. Never one to turn down a fun adventure, she recently tackled her fear of heights by zip lining in Costa Rica.
