As an experienced clinician, Doug specializes in spinal, lower, and upper extremity orthotics and prosthetics for geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients. Prior to working at the Santa Fe Hanger Clinic office, Doug worked at the Texas Medical Center in Houston where he had the opportunity to see patients of all levels in world renown hospitals and private practices. He is passionate about presenting patients with effective solutions to enhance their mobility and quality of life.
Doug continually participates in educational courses in orthotics and prosthetics to stay informed of the latest in technology. He served on the elected board for the Texas Chapter of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists for ten years and taught review courses to the Harris County Physical Medicine Residents in Upper, Lower and Spinal Orthotics and for Upper and Lower Prosthetics. Doug is excited to begin his new clinical practice at the Santa Fe Hanger Clinic and share his experience with patients and colleagues.
