Michael is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist and area clinic manager for Hanger Clinic in Chicago, Illinois.
As an area clinic manager with more than 10 years of experience in the field, Michael specializes in lower extremity prosthetics with a strong interest in microprocessor technology, adult stroke, neuromuscular disorders, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), spina bifida, spinal cord injury, post-polio, pediatric cerebral palsy, spina bifida, toe walking, and scoliosis.
He finds orthotics and prosthetics to be a perfect combination of medicine, engineering, and working with his hands while providing services that help people in need. He enjoys furthering the field through the education of patients, colleagues, and the surrounding medical community. He loves watching children continue to grow and enjoys making a difference in the quality of life for others.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
