You’re invited to join Hanger Clinic for our 2nd Annual Adaptive Recreational Activity Day!
We look forward to bringing our community together to stay active, learn about new leisure activities, and network with others. Come play some accessible board games, participate in educational workshops that discuss fitness, wellness, nutrition, and skin care, and join others during adaptive activities such as:
- Yoga
- Goalball
- Pickleball
- Recumbent & upper extremity bicycles
- Golf
- Wheelchair basketball

Join us for a day of education, coaching, support, and encouragement as we focus on increasing motivation, mobility, and strength for people with physical challenges.
