Steffi Self is an ABC-certified and BOC-certified Pedorthist for Hanger Clinic in Rancho Mirage, California.

As a clinician, Steffi is passionate about patient care, mobility, and comfort, helping people feel supported throughout every step of their treatment journey. Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, she takes pride in serving the community she calls home and has been building hands-on clinical experience in orthotic and prosthetic care since joining Hanger Clinic in 2017.

Steffi’s commitment to her community began in high school when she first volunteered with Flying Doctors in 2002. She continues that mission today through Hanger Clinic’s partnership with Flying Doctors, helping provide complimentary footwear to individuals in need throughout the Coachella Valley.

Outside of work, Steffi loves to learn and signs up for classes that teach her new skills, such as, fencing, ice skating, 3D printing, and shoe making.
