Monica Minetola is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist and clinic manager at Hanger Clinic, overseeing the Annapolis and Lanham locations in Maryland.
Monica is a nationally recognized Pediatric Specialist and the region’s leading clinician for both positional head shape deformities and congenital craniosynostosis. She is highly specialized in cranial remolding technologies, including advanced 3D‑printed helmets for plagiocephaly and brachycephaly. Monica also serves as the primary clinical partner for craniosynostosis care, working closely with multidisciplinary surgical teams to deliver exceptional post‑operative outcomes. In addition to her cranial expertise, she provides comprehensive care in pediatric lower limb orthotic bracing, scoliosis management, and pediatric prosthetics. Monica is passionate about supporting children and their families, taking great pride in the meaningful impact her work has on each child’s growth and well‑being.
She has extensive expertise in advanced high technology prosthetic legs, including vacuum-assisted and microprocessor-controlled prostheses, which offer enhanced stability, mobility, and comfort for her patients.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children, fitness training, and traveling with family and friends.
