Lexi Woodruff is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Stratford, Connecticut.

As a pediatric clinician, Lexi specializes in a wide range of orthotic and prosthetic care, including scoliosis bracing, cranial remolding orthoses, lower limb orthotics, and upper limb orthotics. She is deeply committed to helping children achieve independence, confidence, and improved quality of life through thoughtful and attentive care. Lexi thrives on creative problem-solving, developing customized treatment plans, and finding innovative ways to make each device function optimally for the individual. One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is witnessing the physical and personal growth of her patients over time, particularly those she has the opportunity to follow long-term.

Lexi is also passionate about global outreach and access to care. She participates in international non-profit prosthetic missions in Kenya and Zambia, where she provided pediatric prosthetic care to individuals with limited resources and access to services.

Outside of work, Lexi enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her animals.
